Description / Scope of Work
Govt. College of Technology Bahawalpur, operating under the Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) of Punjab, invites encrypted electronic bids for the procurement of training material for the General Electrician program. This tender (Reference: GCT/BWP/EC&HL/TM/GE/2026/03) is for an estimated contract value of Rs. 2,602,600 and will be conducted under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure using the Least Accumulative Cost Method. The procurement encompasses all necessary training materials required for technical education and vocational training delivery at the Bahawalpur campus.
Bidders must be active tax payers registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) and with both the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. A bid security of Rs. 52,052 must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee, CDR, Bankers Cheque, Pay Order, or Demand Draft in favor of the Principal, Govt. College of Technology Bahawalpur. Original bid security documents must be physically submitted well before the e-bid submission deadline. Only encrypted electronic bids submitted through the e-PADS portal will be accepted.
Bidding documents are available for free download from the e-PADS website (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) and the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Encrypted electronic bids must be submitted online on e-PADS by 09:00 A.M on 09th June 2026. Bids will be opened online at 10:00 A.M on the same date. Bidders are strongly advised to upload their e-bids well before the submission deadline.
