Gardening Services Provision by Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGCL) invites sealed tender bids from experienced and reputable firms and companies for the provision of gardening services at multiple locations in Punjab. The tender encompasses gardening service provision initially for a period of one year, extendable with mutual consent for another period of one year at the same terms and conditions, including rates. Services are required at Head Office building located at 21 Kashmir Road, SNGCL Offices at Shaheen Complex in Lahore, LDA Plaza, SNGCL, PASSCO and Transit Mess in Lahore Cantonment. The scope of work includes landscape maintenance, grass cutting, tree trimming, and general horticultural services across all specified premises in the province of Punjab.

All participating firms and companies must be active taxpayers registered on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Tax Payer list. Interested parties are required to possess valid Sales Tax Registration, NTN Certificates, and Professional Tax Clearance Certificates to be eligible for tender participation. Bid documents can be obtained through the EPADS/PPRA website. The tender document printing fee is Rs. 2,500/- (non-refundable and non-transferable), payable via Pay Order, CDR, or Demand Draft in favor of Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited, Head Office Lahore.

Completed tender documents must be submitted on or before 9th June 2026 at 1100 hours through the EPADS/PPRA website along with original bids and tender documents with the prescribed printing fee. Tender bids will be opened publicly on the same date at 1130 hours in the presence of party representatives at the office of General Manager (Administration), 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore.
