Annual Maintenance and Repair Contracts for HVAC Systems by Services Hospital Lahore

Services Hospital, Lahore invites sealed bids for six annual maintenance, repair and operation contracts for HVAC systems, medical equipment, and related infrastructure. The procurement covers multiple contracts ranging from Rs 36,559,740 to Rs 65,600,300 per annum, with total estimated cost spanning routine maintenance, preventive repairs, and emergency response services across the hospital's defective parts and annual maintenance divisions. These contracts are essential for ensuring uninterrupted operation of critical heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems throughout the hospital facility located in Lahore, Punjab. The scope includes annual maintenance, repair and maintenance contracts for HVAC systems installed in the New O.P.D Block, Paediatric Unit, Faisal Mahal Tower, and Services Institute of Medical Sciences.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and possess necessary experience in hospital HVAC maintenance services. A bid security of 5 percent in the form of a bank guarantee or similar financial instrument is required to be submitted with each bid. All bidders are required to participate through the PPRA e-bidding system and must comply with the Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bidders should obtain original CD and bank guarantees as per the issuing authority's requirements, and firms having affected the bid must attend the tender opening meeting at the hospital's main office.
