Description / Scope of Work
The Horticulture Agency (H.A.) Lahore invites artistic firms, City Dacoit Firms and companies holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council (P.E.C.) certificates to participate in a single-stage e-bidding process for the provision and fixing of artistic nature floating objects designed for beautification of Lahore Branch Canal in Punjab. This project is valued at Rs. 49,500,000 with an estimated cost of Rs. 990,000. The scope encompasses the complete design, supply, installation and fixing of artistic floating objects on the Lahore Canal with technical specifications as outlined in the tender documents. The tender is registered with relevant tax departments and is open to technically responsive firms meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria. Interested bidders can access detailed tender documents through the official PPRA portal and are required to participate through the registered e-bidding platform.
Eligible participants must be technically responsive firms with valid P.E.C. certificates and must provide complete technical and financial bids as per the tender requirements. Bid security submission is mandatory and bidders are required to quote on a whole project cost basis. The tender shall be completed in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended, utilizing a single-stage two-envelope procedure. Technical bids shall be evaluated on grounds of technical merit and suitability before financial bids are considered. All participating firms are responsible for their own costs and expenses related to bid preparation and delivery.
Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on June 11, 2026, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders are directed to upload all required documents on the e-PADS portal well before the submission deadline to avoid last-minute issues. The Horticulture Agency reserves the right to reject any proposals at any stage and will communicate rejection grounds upon request.
