Description / Scope of Work
Quaid-e-Azam Medical College and its allied institutions in Bahawalpur, Punjab invite competitive sealed bids for the procurement of electric store items for the financial year 2026-27. This tender encompasses the supply of electrical and allied store consumables required to support the operations of the medical college, teaching hospital, and nursing institution. The procurement is open to qualified bidders and will be conducted on a free delivery basis to the consignee's location, with all ex-work, transportation, and storage charges included in the quoted price. Bids must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees and all delivery must be completed within the stipulated period.
Bidders must submit a bid security equivalent to two percent of the estimated cost of coated items in the form of a Deposit at Call (CDR) from any scheduled bank, with the original attached to the financial bid and a readable copy attached to the technical bid. The bid validity period is 180 days from the bid submission date. Successful bidders will be required to furnish a performance guarantee of five percent of the contract value as a CDR or bank guarantee from any scheduled bank, valid for two years from the date of issuance. Only eligible suppliers with proper credentials and capacity to supply quality materials will be considered.
