Pakistan Air Force Base Faisal invites sealed tenders and quotations from registered firms, companies, oil marketing companies (OMCs), and individuals for renting out PAF A-1 Land categorized as Category A Activities in Karachi. Three separate parcels of land are available for commercial EV charging station operations along Shahra-e-Faisal: a 25.45 Marla area adjacent to Caltex Petrol Pump, a 19.04 Marla area adjacent to GO Petrol Pump, and a 39.67 Marla area adjacent to Base Montessori. The tender notice is issued by the Administrative Wing of PAF Base Faisal and encompasses commercial operations for electric vehicle charging infrastructure development in this federal territory.
Eligibility is open to registered firms, companies, OMCs, and individuals meeting the criteria for Category A Activities. The minimum recommended rent is fixed at Rs 80,000 per Marla, and any offers below this threshold will be automatically rejected. Bidders must deposit security equivalent to four to six months' rent at the time of contract signing. All prospective bidders must submit sealed tenders containing their quotations and relevant documentation as per base requirements.
Sealed tenders must be submitted by 17 June 2026 at 1100 hours at the office of the Officer Commanding, Administrative Wing, PAF Base Faisal. Tenders received after the deadline will not be entertained and will be treated as cancelled. Tender opening will occur on the same date at 1130 hours. The Officer Commanding reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders on technical grounds.
