Description / Scope of Work
National Electronics Complex of Pakistan invites sealed bids for the purchase of a remotely controlled independently stabilized platform featuring multiple mounts with payload capacity up to 275 kg, including day and night electro optics capability. This procurement is issued under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure for manufacturers and suppliers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Sales Tax Department. The tender is for the fiscal year 2025-2026 and is open to eligible bidders throughout Pakistan. The complete bidding documentation containing detailed terms, conditions, and technical specifications is available from the office of National Electronics Complex of Pakistan located at Plot No. 23, Street No. 06, Sector H-9/1, Islamabad, with a tender fee of Rs. 2500 in cash only.
Only firms with a minimum of five years experience in supply of relevant or similar products are eligible to participate in this tender. Bidders must submit earnest money equal to 1 percent of the total bid value in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Call Deposit in the name of National Electronics Complex of Pakistan. All interested bidders must forward copies of CNIC of participating individuals and vehicle details no later than 01-06-2026 before 1300 hours to avoid complexity at the later stage.
Bidders may obtain complete bidding documents by submission of a written request on firm letterhead along with payment of the tender fee at the office address mentioned above, available from 1000 to 1600 hours on working days. The last date and time for submission of bids is 18-06-2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM. A pre-bid meeting to address bidder queries will be held on 04-06-2026 at 11:00 AM at NECOP headquarters with technical representatives.
