Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Airports Authority invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the provision of tube well bore and allied works at Nawabshah Airport in Sindh province. This procurement project carries an estimated contract value of PKR 120,000 and represents essential infrastructure development at the airport facility. The scope of work includes the drilling and installation of tube wells along with all associated construction activities required for the project completion.
Eligible bidders must be licensed contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 or above, with valid and active National Tax Number registration. Bid security is mandatory, and conditional tenders will not be accepted. Bidders who fail to accept the corrected or evaluated bid amount will have their bids rejected, and bid security forfeited. The Pakistan Airports Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rule 33.
The complete e-Bidding document containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements is available for download on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bids must be submitted electronically through this portal in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004, e-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023 and all applicable regulatory guidelines. The bid submission deadline is 18 June 2026 at 11:00 hours, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 hours.
