Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites electronic bids for the overall operation, maintenance, and supply of spares on a need basis for electrical and allied facilities at the IBA Boys Hostel Campus in Karachi, Sindh. This single-stage, one-envelope tender is referenced as MAINT/02/25-26 and involves comprehensive maintenance services covering all electrical systems and related infrastructure at the hostel facility. The scope encompasses routine maintenance, emergency repairs, preventive servicing, and timely supply of required spare parts to ensure uninterrupted operation of electrical and allied systems throughout the campus.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with SPPRA EPADS and relevant tax authorities, including manufacturer firms, companies, or suppliers with valid NTN and SRB/GST registration. A tender fee of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) is required, and successful bidders must furnish bid security of 2% in the form of a pay order or demand draft issued in favour of IBA Karachi. A mandatory site visit has been scheduled for June 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the IBA Boys Hostel to allow bidders to inspect the facilities and understand the service requirements.

The tender fee challan must be generated from the IBA website and deposited at any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. Duly signed and stamped bids along with supporting documents must be uploaded through SPPRA EPADS, and the original bid security with the original bid must be physically delivered to the Office of Head of Procurement, Fauji Foundation Building, IBA Main Campus, University Enclave, Karachi 75270 before the bid opening on June 10, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
