Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi invites quotations for the provision and supply of podcast equipment under RFQ-003756 - 11558. The procurement scope includes three items: one DJI Osmo Pocket 2 Creator Combo gimbal with one year official warranty, one Mano AU-A04 podcasting microphone in black with one year official warranty, and one Icon 7871 professional tripod with one year official warranty. All items are to be delivered to the Stores at IBA Main Campus on University Road in Karachi, Sindh Province. The quotation deadline is 25 May 2026 at 12:00 PM.
Prospective bidders must ensure that all materials conform strictly to the specified requirements and warranty conditions. IBA reserves the right to cancel orders if materials do not meet specifications or if delivery is delayed. A liquidity damage clause of 2% per month will be imposed for delayed deliveries. Advance payment is subject to bank guarantee. General Sales Tax will be applied to applicable items only, and stamp duty at 0.35% for goods will be levied against the total purchase order value as per applicable government rates.
Quotations must be submitted to the Purchase Department, IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, by the specified deadline. Payment will be made within 30 working days through crossed cheque following invoice receipt and delivery verification.
