Description / Scope of Work
Lahore Museum, a government institution under the Punjab, invites sealed bids from registered manufacturers and authorized agents for the purchase of information technology and office equipment. The procurement includes a laptop, flatbed scanner, hard drive, color printer, wireless access point, and workstation PC for video and photo editing purposes. The estimated total contract value is Rs. 7.30 million. This is a single-stage-one-envelope bidding procedure conducted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) portal in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The procuring agency is headquartered in Lahore, Punjab.
Bidders must be registered manufacturers or authorized agents with valid NTN and STRN certificates. Bid security equal to five percent of the estimated price must be submitted in the form of a pay order or CDR in favor of the Deputy Director (Administration) at the procuring office. Complete technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically, with original bid security documents reaching the office half an hour before the opening time. Bidders are required to submit signed stamp documents and must certify authenticity of all supporting documentation. Any submission of fake information or forged documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting.
Intending bidders shall submit bids online through the E-PADS portal by 4th June 2026 at 11:00 A.M., with technical and financial proposals opening on the same day at 11:30 A.M. at 10-Shahra-e-Quaid-e-Azam, Lahore-Pakistan in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized representatives.
