Description / Scope of Work
The Irrigation Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites pre-qualified consulting firms to provide consultancy services for the Feasibility Study and detailed design of the Gambila lift canal in District Lakki Marwat. This project is executed under Provincial ADP No. 2120/250797 for 2025-26 and represents a key irrigation infrastructure development initiative in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The consultancy assignment encompasses comprehensive feasibility analysis and detailed engineering design work for this lift irrigation scheme, with submission of technical and financial proposals due by 11 June 2026.
Eligible consulting firms must be pre-qualified and technically competent to undertake irrigation infrastructure studies and design work. Participation is open to firms registered with the relevant professional bodies. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately in sealed envelopes, with financial proposals opened only for technically qualified firms. The selection process follows Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) methodology to ensure optimal value for the government and high-quality deliverables.
Proposal documents containing detailed project scope and evaluation criteria are available for download from the official websites of the Irrigation Department, KPPRA, and EPAD. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 4 June 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Irrigation Department office located on Miran Shah Road near Jaman Road in Bannu. Interested firms must submit proposals in both hard and soft copy format by 11 June 2026 at 12:00 PM at EPADS and at the office address mentioned above.
