Description / Scope of Work
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Karachi invites sealed bids through E-PADS for the provision of IT Equipment for the NAB Karachi office. The procurement is open to authorized agents, distributors, manufacturers, and general order suppliers duly registered with the Federal Board of Revenue. Eligible firms must possess valid sales tax and income tax registrations with active ATL status and fulfil all eligibility criteria and terms specified in the bidding documents. The tender is being advertised under S.R.O No. 296(1)/2023 and located in Karachi, Sindh province.
Bidders must submit bid security equivalent to three percent of the total bid value in the form of a bank draft or pay order payable to the Additional Director (Admin), NAB Karachi, both physically and online before the submission deadline as per Rule 25 of PPRA regulations. Bids shall remain valid for ninety days from the submission date. In case of unsuccessful tenders, bid security will be released within a fortnight, while successful bidders must furnish performance security equivalent to fifty-five percent of the total contract amount as a pay order or bank guarantee.
Interested firms must submit bids through EPADS with subject "Tender for Purchase of IT Equipment" by 4th June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at the NAB Karachi office on Main I.I. Chundrigar Road. Tender finalization is subject to Austerity Committee approval. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids per Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
