Description / Scope of Work
The National Grid Company of Pakistan (NTDC), responsible for development and control of the power transmission system nationwide, invites sealed electronic bids for supply and installation of chillers at the NTDC office in Islamabad, North Punjab. This invitation to bid is issued under Reference No. CE-ISD-03-2026 through Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure (SSSE) on a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis. Eligible firms or persons licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in appropriate categories and registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments may participate. The tender value is 2000 to 280,000 Rupees with detailed specifications and delivery requirements outlined in the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must hold valid PEC registration in the relevant category and possess current taxation certificates. All interested bidders must prepare bid documents in accordance with the instructions provided and submit bids through the E-PAOS online portal (e-paos.gov.pk) before the deadline. A Bid Security in favor of the Chief Engineer (PD/GSC), North NGC Islamabad, equal to the amount specified in bidding documents must be submitted in the form of CDR Bank Guarantee from a scheduled Pakistani bank. The Bid Security must accompany the bid submission through E-PAOS.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and quantities are accessible through E-PAOS (e-paos.gov.pk). Bids will be received until 02.06.2026 at 11:00 hours and opened the same day at 11:30 hours through E-PAOS at the office of Chief Engineer (PD/GSC), North NGC Islamabad, Ground Floor, House No. 46, Street No. 24, G-14/4, Islamabad.
