Description / Scope of Work
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of IT equipment under its FY 2025-26 procurement plan. This is a national-level goods procurement tender advertised through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. The procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage-Two Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement is funded from reserved funds allocated for the financial year 2025-26, with eligible payments to be covered under the contract. The issuing office is located in Islamabad Capital Territory at the NAB headquarters on Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, G-5/1, Islamabad.
All bidders must be duly registered on EPADS v2.0 prior to bid submission. Bid security is required in the form of a Pay Order as per the specifications detailed in the bidding document, or alternatively, bidders may furnish a Bid Security Declaration if the procuring agency does not mandate security. Bidders must meet the eligibility criteria as outlined in the bidding document, which includes requirements related to business registration, financial standing, and technical capability. Past experience and completed contracts documentation is required as part of the qualification evaluation process.
Prospective bidders must register themselves on EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM using EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Complete bidding documents, including detailed specifications, price schedules, general and special conditions of contract, and all required forms, are available on the EPADS portal. For grievance redressal, a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified in accordance with Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
