Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Railways invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a power supply system for 16 number power vans. This tender is issued by Pakistan Railways Headquarters in Lahore, Punjab, and is referenced as PID(L) 3208/25 under the Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Rule 36(d) of PPRA 2004. The project scope encompasses complete electrical supply systems for the specified power vans with delivery on FOB Basis terms. Eligible bidders include Original Manufacturers, OEM Authorized Manufacturers, OEM Authorized Distributors, and Local Suppliers who must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and remain active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue. Bid security will be submitted before tender closing, and bidders must upload complete scanned copies of their bids in EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System).
