Description / Scope of Work

The District & Sessions Court, Dir Lower invites sealed bids from eligible firms and suppliers for the procurement, supply, and installation of IT Equipment & Hardware, Plant & Machinery, and Office/Home Furniture under the provisions of KPPRA Rules 2014. The procurement encompasses three main categories: IT Equipment & Hardware, Plant & Machinery, and Office/Home Furniture, with each item requiring a bid security of 2 percent of the bid cost. All items must be supplied and installed as per the work order issued following contract award. The court is located in Timergara, Dir Lower, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province.

Interested bidders must be duly registered with relevant tax authorities holding both NTN and STN registrations, maintain active taxpayer status, possess valid business or professional registration, demonstrate relevant experience in supplying similar goods, and must not be blacklisted by any government or semi-government organization. Bid Security must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank as earnest money in the name of the District & Sessions Judge. The bidding process follows the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure with separate sealed envelopes for Technical Bid and Financial Bid.

Sealed bids must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 10:00 AM on 04.06.2026, and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All bidders must provide product samples for examination during bid opening. Late bids will not be entertained, and the successful bidder must complete supply and installation within 15 days of receiving the supply order.
