Description / Scope of Work
The Deputy Commissioner Office Mansehra invites electronic bids through the EPADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/) from eligible registered firms and suppliers for the procurement of machinery, equipment and other items required for the establishment of a NERVE CENTER in Mansehra, KPK. This procurement is conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014. The bidding process follows a single-stage, single-envelope procedure as outlined in Sections 6 (2-a) of the KPPRA Rules 2014. Detailed specifications and package-wise item descriptions are provided in the bid solicitation documents available through the EPADS portal.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on the active taxpayer list and enrolled on EPADS, but not blacklisted, to qualify for this framework contract. Prospective bidders are required to submit a fixed bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of the Deputy Commissioner Mansehra amounting to Rs. 300,000/-. All bids must include quotations for all items; incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected. Only bids submitted through the EPADS portal will be accepted, and bidders must read the instructions for bidders carefully before submission.
The supply order can be issued to the successful contractor at any time during the contract period. Completion of the task is required within one week of work order issuance. Winning bidders' quoted rates shall remain valid until 30 June 2026. Payment will be processed upon submission of bills accompanied by a certificate from the Procurement Committee confirming that items have been delivered in accordance with the supply order and specifications.
