Description / Scope of Work
The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan invites sealed bids under a two-stage bidding procedure for engaging a Consultant Architectural Firm to undertake designing and construction supervision work at the CPSP Regional Center in Islamabad, Sindh. The project involves construction of a second floor covered area measuring approximately 7600 square meters. Bids are submitted in sealed envelopes containing both technical and financial proposals, following detailed procedures outlined by the organization. The scope encompasses architectural design, construction oversight, and project management expertise for office and commercial building development.
Eligible applicants must be Consultant Architectural Firms with specialized knowledge and established track record in constructing office and commercial buildings with an operational office in Islamabad. Bidders are required to submit partnership deeds or articles of association with power of attorney, detailed credentials including project experience and cold compression period work, satisfactory completion certificates from previous clients, portfolio of completed works, audited financial statements for the last three years demonstrating financial standing and bank credit availability, proof of F.B.R. registration with income tax payment certificate, and PEC/PCATP registration certificate. An affidavit confirming no dispute or litigation with previous clients must accompany the application. Local firms are preferred. The TOR (Terms of Reference) will be issued to shortlisted consultants only at a cost of Rs. 5000 (non-refundable). Bidders must provide NTN registration, and all submissions must be received by 15 June 2026 at 11:00 AM.
Bid documents can be obtained from the CPSP Secretariat located at D/Th Central Street, Phase-II Defence Housing Authority, Karachi. Tender opening will occur on 15 June 2026 at 12:00 Noon in the presence of bidders at CPSP Head Quarters in Karachi, with online participation available for CPSP Regional Centers in Islamabad and Lahore.
