Description / Scope of Work
Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences (LUAWMS) in Uthal, Balochistan, invites sealed tenders for the supply and installation of electric works at the university campus. This project has a duration of one month and is issued through the Project and Works Department. The tender is open to qualified electrical contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) at category C-6 and above. Interested bidders must submit their technical proposals by June 09, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with the opening ceremony scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same date at the university's premises in Uthal.
Eligible contractors must possess a valid PEC registration certificate in C-6 category or above, current tax registration number with proof of filed tax returns, and a notarized no-litigation affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted. All mandatory documents must be attached to the bid submission; contractors failing to provide these certificates and affidavits will be automatically disqualified from consideration. Bidders are required to provide complete general information including firm name, head office address, telephone, fax, contact person details, and place of incorporation or registration. Where technical specialists or sub-contractors will be engaged for critical electrical components, similar documentation must be supplied for those parties as well.
