Description / Scope of Work
Government College University Lahore invites electronic bids for the procurement of Gymnastics Floor Sheet and Gymnastics Mattress under tender reference DP/Sports/026/25-26. The estimated cost for this single package is Rs 2,688,040, with the successful bidder expected to deliver and commission the goods within the specified timeline as detailed in the Bid Data Sheet. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. The scope includes provision of quality gymnastics equipment suitable for university sports facilities in Lahore, Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and the Excise & Taxation Department, holding a valid Professional Tax Certificate for FY 2025-2026. Bidders must not be blacklisted by GCUL or PPRA, and government-owned enterprises may participate only with proper legal authorization. All prospective bidders are required to submit a scanned Bid Security of 2% of the estimated price (Rs 53,761) in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order, with the original instrument to be delivered to the Office of Director Purchase prior to the bid closing date. Any item quoted without a rate will render the bid non-responsive.
Electronic bids must be submitted online at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk on 09th June 2026 by 11:00 a.m., with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:00 p.m. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can also be downloaded from PPRA and EPADS websites. The lowest evaluated bidder will be determined based on cumulative quoted rates for the entire package. Response time is calculated exclusively from the publication date on PPRA website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. GC University Lahore will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in preparing or submitting bids.
