Description / Scope of Work
Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan, established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms Act 2015, invites sealed bids for the procurement of one 4K Camera System as medical equipment. This procurement is conducted through the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform under National Competitive Bidding procedures in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014, specifically following Single Stage Two Envelope procedures outlined in Rule 6(2)(b). The tender is open to manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The tender reference is INV20260520114057 with a tender fee of Rs 10,000. The procurement location is Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Bidders must be manufacturers or their authorized dealers with proper Income and Sales tax registration and ATL status. Bid security is required in original form only, submitted before the bidding deadline in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order, or Banker's cheque in the name of Hospital Director MTI-MMC Mardan. All bidders must submit mandatory and relevant documents as specified in the Bid Solicitation Documents to be uploaded on the EPADS system.
Bid Solicitation Documents containing detailed equipment descriptions, quantity specifications, evaluation criteria, and terms and conditions are available for download from EPADS at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk after publication of this notice, or from www.kppra.gov.pk and www.mmckp.gov.pk websites. Interested bidders must upload scan copies of complete bids on the EPADS system on or before Wednesday, 10 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids to be opened the same date at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Administration Block. Only technical bids will be opened; bids received through hand delivery, post, courier, email, or fax shall not be accepted. The Hospital Director reserves the right to reject any or all bids per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
