Description / Scope of Work
Shifa Foundation, a not-for-profit organization established in 1991 and sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd. Islamabad, invites sealed quotations from reputable and registered printing vendors and firms based in Karachi for the provision of printing materials and related services for its project offices across Pakistan. The tender covers printing items to be delivered to the Karachi office location in Sindh province. The agreement will remain valid until 31 December 2026 with a possibility of extension. Interested vendors are required to submit quotations as per the specifications and quantities mentioned in the attached request for quotation document.
Only vendors having offices in Karachi will be considered for this tender. Eligible vendors must submit Company Registration Certificate, NTN Certificate, Sales Tax Registration Certificate if applicable, company profile with relevant experience, list of similar assignments and projects completed, copies of purchase orders, contracts and completion certificates, evidence of financial capacity through previous one-year bank statements, and Active Taxpayer List status. The lowest quoted rate shall not be the sole criterion for selection. Shifa Foundation reserves the right to visit the printing press or facility for further evaluation. Quotations must be inclusive of all applicable government taxes including GST and WHT, and all printing items will be delivered to the Karachi office so delivery charges must be included in quoted rates.
Sealed quotations must be submitted by 10 June 2026 with late submissions not entertained. Quotations should clearly mention "Quotation for Printing Material HO" on the envelope. Vendors are required to provide relevant samples as mentioned in the attached documents. Payment will be processed within 20 working days after submission of invoice or bill through crossed cheque in favor of the company or business.
