Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Banda Daud Shah District Karak, KPK invites sealed electronic bids for the repair and rehabilitation of an existing causeway on Darish Khel at Ghol Banda Road, Naki Saab Algada, Tehsil Banda Daud Shah. This is remaining work under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiatives (ASDI) fund for fiscal year 2025-26. The estimated project cost is PKR 3.00 million, with a bid security requirement of PKR 60,000. Single stage single envelope bidding procedure shall be followed through electronic bids via PPRA-EPADs from eligible firms and contractors meeting all specified criteria including valid PEC license in C-6 or above for FY 2025-26, valid Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar enlistment, provincial government works department license, active FBR taxpayer status, KPRA registration, and CNIC copy.
Bidders must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council certification at minimum C-6 grade, active taxpayer status on the Federal Board of Revenue list, KPRA registration for 2025-26, and enlistment with the Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. All documentary evidences including PEC registration, enlistment certificates, tax status proof, and CNIC copies must be uploaded with the tender submission. Conditional bids and non-compliant bids shall not be entertained and will be rejected. The bid security shall be submitted as a CDR (Crossed Demand Draft) in favor of TMO TMA Banda Daud Shah, with the firm name mentioned on the CDR. A documentation fee of PKR 500 in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Slip is required per work scheme, payable to TMO TMA Banda Daud Shah.
Bidding documents are available for registered bidders on EPADs at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted using the uploading files submission type on or before 12:00 hours on 15 June 2026. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 hours at the Office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Banda Daud Shah. Physical copies of tender documents in sealed envelopes signed by the submitting contractor or firm must also be submitted to the office within the due date and time. The tender will be processed according to market rate systems with estimates framed on current MRS 2025 rates. Tender forms and BOQs must be signed by the original contractor. All procurement is subject to the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and PPRA regulations, with work orders issued subject to release and availability of funds.
