Stationery Items Supply for Karachi Office by Shifa Foundation

Shifa Foundation, a not-for-profit organization established in 1991 and sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd. Islamabad, invites sealed quotations from eligible suppliers and vendors for the supply of stationery items on a need basis for its project office in Karachi, Sindh. The procurement is for the ISD Project and covers a detailed list of stationery items as specified in Annex-A, to be supplied as and when required. The agreement with selected vendor(s) will be valid for one year, with delivery location at Shifa Foundation project offices in Karachi.

Eligible suppliers must be registered businesses with valid Company Registration Certificate, NTN Certificate, and Sales Tax Registration Certificate if applicable. Vendors are required to submit evidence of financial capacity through last one-year bank statements, Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status, company profile with relevant experience, and copies of similar assignments or completion certificates. Preference will be given to vendors based in Karachi. Quoted rates must be inclusive of all delivery and transportation charges as well as applicable government taxes including withholding tax and sales tax. Rates must remain valid for one year and invoices must clearly mention NTN/CNIC details of the supplier.

Sealed quotations must clearly mention "Quotation for Stationery Items – Shifa Foundation Karachi" on the envelope and be submitted by 10 June 2026, with late submissions not entertained. Delivery of goods must be completed within four working days after confirmation of Purchase Order. Payment will be processed within 20 working days after receipt of invoice through crossed cheque in favor of the company or business. Interested vendors should download the detailed item list (Annex-A) and RFQ document from the portal. Selection will not be based solely on lowest quoted rates.
