Description / Scope of Work
Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan Medical Complex in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids from well-established and registered firms for outsourcing of security services through national competitive bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KP-PPRA Rules 2014. The institution was established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms Act 2015 to improve performance, enhance effectiveness, efficiency and responsiveness in providing quality healthcare services to the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and KP-Revenue departments, reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (KPPRA).
Bidders are required to submit bid security in original amounting to Rupees One Million (Rs.1,000,000) before the deadline in physical form as Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order or Cheque in the name of Hospital Director MTI-MMC Mardan. An affidavit is mandatory when uploading the technical bid. Bid Solicitation Documents containing detailed descriptions, evaluation criteria and terms and conditions may be downloaded from the EPADS system at www.eprocure.gov.pk or from the websites www.kppra.gov.pk and www.mmckp.gov.pk.
The pre-bid meeting with interested bidders shall be convened on 02-06-2026 (Tuesday) at 10:00 AM in the Conference Room of the Administration Block. Interested bidders must submit their bids by uploading scan copies on the EPADS System on or before 10-06-2026 (Wednesday) at 11:00 AM. Technical bids shall be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Administration Block. Bidders must upload all mandatory and relevant documents required in Bid Solicitation Documents. Bids received through hand/post/courier, email or fax shall not be accepted. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
