Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Mass-Transit Authority Project Management Unit invites sealed competitive bids for the procurement of information technology equipment required for its Project Management Unit (PMU) located at Lahore and Project Implementation Units (PIU) at Gujranwala and Faisalabad. The tender document PMU/PMA/ADMN/2026-3 issued in May 2026 specifies the complete scope of IT equipment to be supplied, which includes detailed technical specifications outlined in Section III of the tender document. The procurement covers equipment and services necessary for effective project management operations across all three locations in Punjab.
Bidders must be eligible suppliers capable of meeting the technical and commercial requirements specified in the bidding documents. All prospective bidders are required to submit bid security as detailed in Section 2.3.7 of the Instructions to Bidders. Documents establishing bidder eligibility, qualification, and goods conformity to specifications must accompany the bid submission. Bidders should review the General Conditions of Contract in Section V and Special Conditions of Contract in Section VI for terms governing payment, warranty, performance guarantees, and dispute resolution.
Complete bidding documents are available for download and review as per the schedule provided in the Bid Data Sheet (Section IV). Sealed bids must be submitted before the deadline specified in Section 2.4.2, with bid opening to be conducted by the Procuring Agency as outlined in Section 2.5.1. Interested bidders should contact the Project Management Unit at Lahore for clarification on bidding documents, technical specifications, delivery requirements, or any other procurement-related queries. Award of contract will be made to the qualified bidder offering the best evaluated bid, subject to performance guarantee submission and contract signing as detailed in Section 2.6.
