Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge Chitral Lower invites sealed tenders for the procurement of office equipment for the financial year 2025-26 under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per KPPRA Rule 6(2)(b). The tender covers five categories of items: Plant and Machinery, Hardware, IT Equipment, Office Stationery, and Furniture. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds and is being conducted in Chitral, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Standard Bidding Documents containing detailed descriptions, quantities, evaluation criteria and terms and conditions are available on the EPADS system and the District Courts Chitral Lower website. Physical copies may be obtained from the office during working hours between 08:00 a.m. and 04:00 p.m.
Bidders must be well-reputed firms or individuals registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, registered with KPRA, and reflected as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). All bidders are required to meet the terms and conditions outlined in the Standard Bidding Documents. Earnest money or bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the quoted value must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt issued in the name of the Senior Civil Judge, Chitral Lower. The CDR details including bank name, CDR number and date must be submitted both electronically on EPADS and in original form at the office before the closing date and time.
Online bid submission on EPADS closes on 08-06-2026 at 10:00 a.m. Technical bids will be opened at 11:00 a.m. on the same day in the chamber of the Senior Civil Judge in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or their authorized representatives. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 08-06-2026 at 12:00 p.m. to address clarifications regarding item specifications and on-site requirements. Bidders submitting tenders for stationery items must bring product samples for evaluation at the pre-bid meeting.
