Description / Scope of Work
The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab invites sealed bids for the supply of bed room accessories and crockery for various TDCP resorts across Punjab, with secure delivery at designated sites. The estimated contract value is Rs. 24.052 million, and the procurement covers one single lot encompassing all required items as detailed in the tender document. This procurement is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) to ensure transparency and competitive bidding among interested suppliers and vendors operating within Punjab.
Interested parties must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department (Active Filer status) and should possess a valid Registration Certificate. The bid security requirement is a CDR or demand draft of 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 1,202,600, payable in favour of TDCP. Bidders must provide a certificate confirming they are not blacklisted by the Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab or PPRA. The tender employs a single stage one envelope bidding procedure for simplicity and efficiency.
Bidding documents are available for download from the PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.org.pk) and the E-PADS portal free of charge, with original documents also collectible from TDCP Head Office. Online bid submission through E-PADS is mandatory, with the deadline set for June 2, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Provision and supply of bed room accessories and resort restaurant crockery must be completed within 30 days of work order issuance.
