Description / Scope of Work
The National Forensics Agency (NFA) under the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, has reserved funds for the procurement of tactical security equipment planned for FY 2025-26. The NFA invites e-bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods described in the bidding documents available on EPADS v2.0. This procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations. The procurement scope covers tactical security equipment required for the agency's operational needs at the federal level in Islamabad.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security amount as described in the bid security section of the bidding document in the form of pay order or bank guarantee. Where bid security is not required by the procuring agency, bidders are required to furnish a bid security declaration as specified in the bidding document. Bidders should ensure compliance with all applicable eligibility criteria and licensing requirements outlined in the tender documents.
E-bids will be opened on EPADS v2.0 on the same day (Thursday, June 4, 2026) at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Bidders not yet registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for this procurement under Rules 48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
