Framework Contract for Office and Lab Management Items by Health & Population Department

The Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab invites e-bids from eligible firms for a Framework Contract for Procurement of Office and Lab Management Items. The procurement shall be completed in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended, following a Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS). This framework contract covers essential office and laboratory management supplies and consumables required by the department across its operations in Punjab. The bid reference is IFB No. HISDU(H&PD)/PROC/Z-12/2025-26 & 2026-27, with a closing date of 5 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Eligible firms must be duly registered and licensed in accordance with applicable regulations. Bidders must submit complete technical and financial bids, duly signed and stamped, in conformity with the bidding document via the e-PADS website at https://punjabeprocure.gov.pk. All bids shall be submitted online on or before the deadline of 5 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders are advised to upload their documents well before the submission deadline and not wait for the last moment. The complete responsibility for timely submission rests with the bidder, and the department shall not be held responsible for any delays or technical issues.
