Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency, Lahore (WASA), Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers and contractors for the provision of computer systems and allied accessories for the Control Monitoring Cell (CMC) at the head office of WASA in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement project is valued at Rs. 1,666,000.00 and will be executed under the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014. The scope includes supply and installation of complete computer systems with necessary peripheral devices and accessories to support the agency's monitoring and control operations.
Bidders must be registered on e-PADS as per Regulations 7(1) of PPRA Regulations 2024 and hold a valid PEC License in category C-6 or above with active NTN and PNTN filer status. The bid security requirement is Rs. 49,980 (3% of estimated cost) in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, postal order, demand draft, or banker's cheque. Hard copy of bid security must be submitted in original at the office of XEN-II(Maintenance) WASA situated at Opposite 23, Main Gulberg, OHR No. 1, Lahore, before the e-bid submission deadline. Bidders must provide PRA Certificate and NTN certificate from the concerned Income Tax Office with their proposals.
Bidding documents are available exclusively on the e-PADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically on e-PADS on or before 06-06-2026 at 10:30 AM. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:00 AM on e-PADS. Only softcopy submissions through PDF file upload on e-PADS will be accepted; manual bids are not permitted. The bidding documents comprise 17 pages of instructions and 2 pages of bid schedule with bill of quantities. Bids remain valid for 120 days from opening date.
