Social Security Hospital Faisalabad invites annual tenders for the financial year 2026-27 through e-procurement under PPRA Rules 2014. The procurement encompasses twelve distinct lots valued at approximately 62.4 million Pakistani Rupees, including hospital contingencies and general items (5 million), bedding and linen (1.2 million), printing and stationery (4.5 million), X-Ray films (1.5 million), medical gases (20 million), computer items (700,000), intraocular lenses (1 million), washing of cloths (1.4 million), janitorial services for sweepers (4.7 million), disposal of infected and non-infected waste (500,000), maintenance of lifts and lift operator services (1.4 million), and generator service and maintenance (1 million). The hospital is located in Madina Town, Susan Road, Faisalabad, in Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must comply with PPRA Rules 2014 and submit bids in Pakistani Rupees using the single stage two envelopes procedure. Bid security equivalent to two percent of the estimated price for each lot is required and must be submitted in the form of a call deposit receipt. Performance security of five percent of the quoted contract amount will be required from the successful bidder. Bidders must meet all applicable eligibility criteria and licensing requirements specified in the bidding documents.

All bids must be submitted on Saturday, 6 June 2026 by 10:00 AM with opening of bids commencing at 10:30 AM the same day.
