Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites proposals through the EPADB System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from eligible bidders for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of neonatal equipment (Package No. 41) on DAP basis for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research, Lahore. This procurement initiative aims to enhance the medical infrastructure and capabilities of the institute located in Lahore, Punjab. The estimated cost of the project is approximately 24 million Pakistani Rupees, with a bid validity period of 180 days. The bidding procedure follows open competitive bidding methodology as per PPRA guidelines.
All interested bidders are required to register on EPADB to be eligible for participation in this tender. Bidders must obtain the RFP documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions from the PPRA website at http://epadb.punjab.gov.pk or http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bid security and technical compliance requirements are specified in the RFP documentation. Prospective bidders should carefully review all technical specifications and financial proposal formats before submission.
The Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted on EPADB on or before 8 June 2026, with the deadline at 03:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. Any proposal received through any mode other than EPADB shall not be considered. If the bid submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for proposal submission and opening.
