Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the supply, installation and commissioning of bulk flow meters and household water meters for the Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP). This procurement is financed by the World Bank under loan IBRD-92870 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement regulations and bidding document. The contract package reference is PK-LG4-CD-546508-GO-RFB with a bid security requirement of Pakistani Rupees 12.50 million.
Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated July 2016 (Revised). Eligible bidders, whether national or international, may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document during office hours (Monday to Friday) at the PRMSC Head Office in Lahore. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 21, 2024 at 1200 hours (Thursday) at the Conference Room, PRMSC, 5th Floor KD Plaza, MM Alam Road, Lahore, with the option to attend online via Zoom link Meeting ID 875 3471 5928 Passcode 297226.
Bids must be submitted to the address below on or before June 21, 2026 at 1230 hours. Electronic bidding is not permitted and late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened on the same date at the same address in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The bidding document is available for download at www.prmsc.punjab.gov.pk/tenders, with soft copies available free of cost from the PRMSC Head Office, Lahore. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or call deposit receipt in the name of Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company.
