National Telecom Corporation invites electronic bids for the reconstruction of a collapsed boundary wall and gate upraising at its Microwave Station located in Gujranwala, Punjab. The project is being tendered through the electronic procurement system EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk under tender reference DEP-NTC/GJR/01-D(a)/2025-26. This is a construction and civil works project requiring qualified contractors to restore the damaged boundary infrastructure at the telecom facility in Gujranwala.
Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, as well as Punjab Sales Tax, and must demonstrate relevant experience in similar construction projects. A bid security of Rs. 22,000.00 in the form of a Cash Deposit Receipt or Pay Order must be submitted in favor of the Divisional Engineer Phones NTC Gujranwala. Bidders are required to submit a Declaration of Beneficial Owner Information and a Performance Bond upon contract award. All bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS platform; manual bid submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Bidding documents are available to registered bidders on the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 30 June 2026 at 1100 hours, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 1130 hours.
