Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer-Roads, CWPP&H Department of District Dera Bugti invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the execution of three road construction works in Balochistan during the fiscal year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage basis. The projects include construction of road from Qir Gawash to Beeh Loti via Chat Burzain Loop Shamshar with a length of 27 kilometers (Package 2, TSE-2526051061003, estimated cost 869,400,434 PKR), construction of road from Dilgawash to Beeh Loti via Chat Burzain Loop Shamshar also 27 kilometers in length (Package 1, TSE-2526051060983, estimated cost 814,496,415 PKR), and construction of black top road from Dasht Goran to Loti Bhee Dera Bugti (TSE-2526051060913, estimated cost 398,009,951 PKR). All procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014.
Eligibility criteria for bidders and detailed eligibility requirements may be reviewed in the bidding documents following the single stage two envelope bidding procedure as outlined in TSE-2526051061003, TSE-2526051060983, and TSE-2526051060913. A tender fee of 2000 PKR and bid security of 2 percent for each work is mandatory. Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB to participate in all procurements whether submitted electronically or manually.
Bidding documents are available for free download from www.bppra.gob.pk and can also be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of the prescribed tender fee. Bids must be submitted to the Office of Executive Engineer-Roads, CWPP&H Department, District Dera Bugti before 12:00 PM on 04 June 2026, with tender opening scheduled for 01:00 PM the same day.
