Procurement of Furniture Items for Sessions Courts District Narowal

The District & Sessions Judge, Narowal invites electronic bids for the procurement of furniture items for the Financial Year 2025-2026 under E-Tender No. 04/2025-2026. The tender comprises two lots: Lot 1 includes office tables, computer tables, C-tables for lawyers, side/book racks, and litigant benches with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,366,700 and bid security of Rs. 118,335; Lot 2 includes sofa sets, revolving chairs for officers, office chairs, poshish chairs, presiding chairs, center tables, and computer chairs with an estimated cost of Rs. 3,507,900 and bid security of Rs. 175,395. The procurement is being conducted in Narowal, Punjab under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Delivery shall be made at the location specified in the tender document as per timelines given in the purchase order.

Eligible bidders include well-reputed firms, manufacturers, distributors, dealers and suppliers preferably local bidders registered with the Sales Tax/Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Department. Bidders must submit bid security at five percent of the estimated cost in shape of CDB of any scheduled bank in favour of the District & Sessions Judge, Narowal one hour before the bid submission deadline. Original affidavits certifying non-blacklisting by any government department and Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates must be uploaded electronically. All items must meet standard specifications and conditions as detailed in the tender document.
