Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Hafizabad invites sealed competitive bids from registered contractors, firms, and companies for the provision of Information Technology (IT) equipment for use in the head office located in Hafizabad, Punjab. The estimated cost of this procurement is Rs. 2,262,000.00. Eligible bidders must be registered on e-PADS, hold a valid license from PEC in category C-5 or above with specialization in code CE-10, and possess current registration with FBR and PRA with active filer NTN and PNTN status. This is a single stage, one envelope bidding process conducted under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
Bid security in the amount of Rs. 113,100.00 (5 percent of estimated cost) must be provided in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Purchase Order, Demand Draft, or Banker Cheque payable to Deputy Director (Engg)-II, WASA. The security must be uploaded in soft form on e-PADS and submitted in original hard copy to the office of Deputy Director (Engg)-II at D-30 Model Town, Hafizabad on or before the bid opening date. Bidders shall submit bids exclusively through e-PADS by uploading PDF files in accordance with PPRA Regulations 2024. Conditional tenders will not be accepted, and bids must remain valid for 120 days.
Bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms, and conditions are available on the e-PADS portal at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted on or before 08 June 2026 at 12:00 Noon, with opening scheduled for the same day at 01:30 AM on e-PADS. Bidders must quote rates against each item in the DNIT/BOQS; bids quoted as a percentage of estimated cost will be rejected. Hard copies will not be accepted.
