Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Hafizabad invites sealed bids from eligible contractors, firms and companies for the supply of uniform to Hassan Town Sub Division WASA in Hafizabad, Punjab. This is a single-stage one-envelope procurement advertised through the e-PADS system of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 1,480,000.00. Bidders must be registered on e-PADS and hold a valid license from PEC in category C-5 or above with specialization in code CE-10, and must be registered with FBR and PRA with active filer NTN and PNTN status. The scope covers the complete supply and delivery of uniforms as per the detailed Bill of Quantities and specifications provided in the bidding documents.
Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 74,000.00 in the shape of CDR, bank guarantee, purchase order, demand draft, or banker cheque in favour of Deputy Director (Engineering)-I, WASA. The bid security in soft form must be uploaded on e-PADS, and the original hard copy must be physically submitted at the office of Deputy Director (Engineering)-I located at D-30 Model Town Hafizabad on or before the bid submission deadline. All bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS as PDF files. Conditional tenders will not be accepted, and bids quoted as a percentage of estimated cost will be rejected. Bidders must quote fixed rates against each item in the Bill of Quantities.
Bidding documents are available on the e-PADS portal at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 8 June 2026 at 12:00 noon, and will be opened on the same day at 1:30 PM on e-PADS. Hard copies of bids will not be accepted. Bid validity is 120 days from the submission date. The procurement is conducted under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
