Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed tenders for the supply of Cloth Serge Black for Dress No. 7 for Chief Petty Officers and Petty Officers. This tender is issued under the Defence Purchase Procedure and Instructions (DPP&I-35) and PPRA Rules 2004. The invitation to tender is referenced as R2605/330665 with an IT opening date of 11 June 2026. Eligible bidders must acquaint themselves with PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35 before participating. Firms must be registered or willing to register with the Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP) to qualify for contract award, which shall be made after security clearance and provision of required registration documents as specified in the tender conditions.
Bidders must possess requisite technical and financial capability to participate in this defence procurement tender. Bank Challan of Rs. 200 is required for DGDP registered firms and Rs. 300 for all other firms, payable to CMA(DP). All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope containing three separate sealed envelopes as per tender specifications: Technical Offer in duplicate, Earnest Money, and Commercial Offer. Essential documents include DP-1 and DP-2 Forms of Invitation to Tender with compliance remarks, Annex A and B & C of IT, DP-3 Form duly signed, manufacturer authorization letters, manufacturer price lists where applicable, and DGDP registration letters for registered firms, along with tax filing proof.
Tender documents should be submitted through Bahria Gate, Naval Residential Complex, near SNIDS Centre, Islamabad. The Technical Offer will be opened first, half an hour after the date and time for receipt of tender as mentioned in the tender documents. Firms must confirm compliance with all IT technical specifications in the prescribed format, clearly identifying where their offer does not meet or deviates from IT specifications.
