Description / Scope of Work
Virtual University of Pakistan invites sealed tenders through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the replacement of cooling towers at MAJO HVAC facility. The tender reference number is VU/25-26/05/890 and the tender is being floated to procure essential cooling tower equipment and services. The project is located at the Virtual University of Pakistan campus in Islamabad, Federal Province. This procurement is open to firms registered with Tax Authorities on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. The tender fee is Rs. 1,000 and tender documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk as well as the VU website.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS system and with relevant tax authorities. Bid Security (earnest money) is mandatory as per standard procurement procedures and must be submitted along with tender documents. Tender receiving timings shall be strictly observed with no late submissions accepted. The complete tendering process shall be carried out through EPADS with hard copies of sealed bidding documents also required to be submitted physically at the VU office on the tender closing date.

Bid submission is only accepted through EPADS. The tender will be received until 2:00 PM on June 10, 2026 with opening scheduled at 2:30 PM the same day.
