Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) through Bahria Gate invites sealed tenders for the stitching of Dress No. 7 and 7A for Leading and Below ranks. This procurement is governed under PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35, with tender reference R2605/330672. The scope encompasses the supply and stitching services for naval dress uniforms required for personnel at Leading and Below ranks. The contract shall be executed in accordance with the Defence Purchase Procedure and the Contract Act, 1872. Interested vendors must register with DGDP or hold DGDP registration to qualify for award of contract following security clearance. The tender invitation is issued from the Naval Residential Complex through Bahria Gate, Islamabad, Federal region.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with DGDP or willing to register with DGDP to qualify for contract award. DGDP registered firms must submit a Bank Challan of Rs. 200 as bid security, while all other firms must submit Rs. 300 in favor of CMA(DP). Firms must possess requisite technical and financial capability and acquire necessary registration documents as mentioned in the tender conditions. Compliance with PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35 is mandatory. All participating bidders must familiarize themselves with the Defence Purchase Procedure and applicable special conditions before submitting tenders.
Bid documents are obtainable from the Directorate of Procurement office at Bahria Gate. The tender opening date is 11 June 2026. Submissions must be made in sealed envelopes containing three separate sealed envelopes: Technical Offer in duplicate, Earnest Money deposit, and Commercial Offer. Technical offers must include duly filled IT forms with compliance remarks, manufacturer authorization letters where applicable, and relevant registration documents.
