Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites tenders for the stitching of Dress No. 1 and Dress No. 2 for leading and below ranks. This procurement is issued through Bahria Gate, Naval Residential Complex, near SNIDS Centre in Islamabad. The tender reference number is R2605/330670 with an IT opening date of 11 June 2026. The procurement process is governed by PPRA Rules 2004 and Defence Purchase Procedure and Instructions DPP&I-35. Prospective bidders must be technically and financially capable, registered or willing to register with Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP) to qualify for contract award following security clearance.

Technical proposals must be opened first, half an hour after the specified tender receipt deadline.
