Description / Scope of Work
NBS-NUST Islamabad invites sealed bids from authorized well-established suppliers, original equipment manufacturers, and distributors for the supply and delivery of PPC machine with trolley, MM projector screen, interactive flat panel display, and UPS 3KVA to its Islamabad facility under Tender Reference 2/2026. Bidders must possess valid NTN and Sales Tax registration with active ATL status in FBR records and modern facilities to execute the contract. Complete technical specifications and required quantities are detailed in the tender annexes. This is a single-stage two-envelope procurement conducted through the E-PADS platform as per E-PAK Procurement Regulation 2023.
Eligible bidders must submit authorization letters from original equipment manufacturers evidencing their relationship as partners, distributors, or resellers. All bids require earnest money of 3 percent of the total quoted value payable as pay order or bank draft in favor of NBS-NUST Islamabad, along with a non-refundable bidding documents processing fee of Rs. 3,000. Bidders must provide proof of tax compliance including income tax and sales tax certificates, audited accounts for the last year, six months bank statements, quality certifications where applicable, and a non-blacklisting certificate on stamp paper. Quote validity must be at least 120 days from tender opening, and all items must be quoted with warranties as per technical specifications.
Technical quotations will be opened electronically on E-PADS on 23 June 2026 at 1100 hours at the NBS-NUST Conference Room in Islamabad, with sealed hard copies and earnest money submitted physically at that time. Financial bids must be quoted on FOR Islamabad basis with all taxes included, with cost breakdowns showing item price, insurance, freight, and applicable duties separately. The delivery period should not exceed 8 to 12 weeks from the date of purchase order. Supplier selection will be subject to inspection and testing as per NUST standards, with payment of 95 percent after successful delivery and commissioning.
