Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites tenders for the stitching of Dress No. 1 and 2 for leading and below personnel. This invitation to tender is issued through Bahria Gate under the Defence Purchase Procedure and Instructions framework, governed by PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35. The tender reference number is R2605/330670 with an IT opening date of 11 June 2026. The procurement is conducted by the naval procurement authority located at the Naval Residential Complex near SNIDS Centre in Islamabad, Federal territory.
Prospective bidders must be registered or willing to register with Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP) to qualify for contract award, which is contingent upon security clearance and provision of required registration documents. Bidders are required to submit a bank challan of Rs. 200 for DGDP registered firms or Rs. 300 for all other firms in favour of CMA(DP). Tenderers must familiarize themselves with PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35 before participating. A DP-1 Form of IT with tick marks against each clause, DP-2 Form with compliance remarks, Annexes A, B and C of IT, DP-3 Form, manufacturer authorization letter where applicable, manufacturer price list where applicable, and tax filing proof must be submitted as technical offer in duplicate.
Tender documents must be submitted in three sealed envelopes: Sealed Envelop 1 containing technical offer in duplicate, Sealed Envelop 2 containing earnest money only, and Sealed Envelop 3 containing the commercial offer with firms commercial offer, principal invoice where applicable, and duly filled DP-2 Form of IT. All documents must be clearly marked with tender number and opening date.
