Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed tenders for the supply of stitching services for Dress No. 1 and 2 for CPOs (Chief Petty Officers) and POs (Petty Officers). This tender is issued through Bahria Gate under tender number R2605/330669 with an IT opening date of 11 June 2026. The procurement is governed by PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35 regulations covering defence stores and services for the Pakistan Navy. The tender is open to firms possessing requisite technical and financial capability and registered or willing to register with DGDP (Directorate General Defence Purchase).
Eligible bidders must provide bank challan security of Rs. 200 for DGDP-registered firms and Rs. 300 for all other firms in favour of CMA(DP). Firms are required to submit compliance with all IT specifications and tender conditions as outlined in the detailed documentation. The technical offer must contain specifications in duplicate along with relevant literature, brochures, and drawings. Commercial offers should indicate prices in both figures and words with clear mention of taxes, duties, and freight charges separately.
Tenders must be submitted in three sealed envelopes: Envelope 1 containing technical offer in duplicate with compliance remarks; Envelope 2 containing earnest money only; and Envelope 3 containing the commercial offer with firm's commercial offer, principal invoice, and duly filled DP-2 form.
