Description / Scope of Work
Connectech (Pvt) Ltd invites proposals from qualified software vendors for the supply, implementation, and support of a Vendor Management System (VMS) in Punjab. The solution must support vendor onboarding, compliance and risk management, document management, reporting, notifications, and system integrations. Both off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom-built solutions are acceptable. Key requirements include security, scalability, role-based access, high performance, and compliance standards. Deliverables encompass implementation, data migration, training, and documentation. Evaluation will be based on technical capability, vendor experience, cost, and implementation timeline.
Proposals must be submitted from qualified software vendors demonstrating relevant experience and technical competence. Pre-bid queries should be submitted by 05-06-2026. Proposal submission closes on 14-08-2026 by 11:00 AM at the corporate office address in Rawalpindi, Punjab. All submissions must comply with specified compliance and risk management standards.
