Description / Scope of Work
PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL) invites bids through EPADS v2.0 from eligible and experienced firms and organizations registered on the e-procurement platform for the provision of janitorial services at the PIAHCL Building located on Egerton Road in Lahore, which serves as the PIA Booking Office. The contract is initially for one year and is extendable subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement between the parties. The procurement follows a single stage-one envelope procedure using the principal method of open competitive bidding with least cost based selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and all relevant regulations issued by the Authority from time to time.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and meet the specified criteria outlined in the bidding documents. All bids must be accompanied by bid security and tender fees as described in the Bid Security Section of the bidding document, which can be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. Bidders should ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements specified in the tender documentation.
Detailed e-bidding documents containing comprehensive terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bids prepared according to the instructions in the e-bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, June 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids is not entertained. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
