Instrumentation and Control Section Supply for Tarbela 4th Extension Hydel Power Station

WAPDA invites electronic bids for the supply and installation of instrumentation and control equipment for the Tarbela 4th Extension Hydel Power Station located in Sindh province. This is a critical procurement under bid reference CE(O&M)/T4/ITR/82, covering detailed work as specified in the bidding documents. The contract will be executed on a FOB (Free on Board) basis with a performance period of 180 days from the date of establishment of the Letter of Credit. Eligible bidders must be original manufacturers or authorized distributors and suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department, maintaining active taxpayer status. Bidding documents containing all technical specifications, drawings, bill of quantities, performance guarantees, and other contractual terms are available for download on the EPADS portal at www.sprocure.gov.pk and on the PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk.

Bidders are required to submit electronic bids using the EPADS system in accordance with the provided instructions, with submission deadline of 07.07.2028 at 1100 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted, and e-bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders and their representatives at the Officer's Club, River View Colony, Tarbela. A bid security of PKR 300,000 in the form of CDR (Cash Deposit Receipt) favoring the Chief Engineer (O&M), Tarbela 4th Extension Hydel Power Station is mandatory. Original bid security documents must reach the Chief Engineer before the bid submission closing time.
